  • Your coaching continues! You’ll still have access to your programme and support through the INSYNC app. For in-person training sessions, we’ll work together to reschedule at a convenient time.

  • Yes, I am fully insured to provide both in-person and online coaching, ensuring a safe and professional experience for all clients.

  • All coaching is delivered via the INSYNC app, including your workouts, nutrition plan, progress tracking, and communication tools.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or avoid a charge.
