I have trained for three years and approached Shannon to help me improve my form, as my form had progressively deteriorated as I increased the weight on various exercises.
When I came to Shannon, I was wearing a belt on most of my lower exercises and still finding myself with back pain.
Shannon has a vast amount knowledge when it comes to biomechanics. I've worked with a few PT's over the years and unlike most, she coaches the person, not the set process.
Over 8 weeks, we improved my form to the point where I can perform those exercises with the same weight, but without belt or any pain.

I started with Shannon after I decided enough was enough, it was time to fix my imbalances which I had picked up over years of horse riding and rallying accidents.
Shannon would always refer out to physio's for advice.
We later transitioned into a strength phase which was challenging and exciting but then, things changed when I found out I was pregnant. Shannon adjusted my training accordingly.
I'd tried to go to gyms previously but always fell off the wagon as I found it daunting.
Fast forward 4 years and I could happily put together a workout for myself!
